What are the advantages and functions of MeetYou Premium?
Number of photos in your profile
You can upload up to 20 photographs in your profile. Show yourself to your partner from all the angles possible and during all activities you like doing.
Within the free membership, you can only upload 2 photographs at maximum.
How others see you
Your profile is displayed with a little crown symbol in your photograph, so everyone knows you are a Premium member. There is no doubt that this makes you more trustworthy. People who don’t take dating seriously don’t tend to keep the paid membership.

Presentation video
Increase your chances to receive sympathies and upload a 30s video in your profile. A video can serve as a means to show the real “you” and will let the other person get the right emotions about you.
Within the free membership, a video cannot be uploaded.
Filtering out presentation videos
Is it important to you to know how your potential partner behaves and would you like to hear his or her voice? Filter out profiles with a presentation video only.
Within the free membership, you cannot filter out the profiles with videos.
Visibility of your profile
If you belong to those protecting their privacy and wish to have your profile or photos only visible to certain persons, you can select one of 4 options:
1. You profile is visible to anyone without limitation
2. Your profile is visible to anyone but with blurred photos
3. Your profile is visible to PREMIUM members only
4. Your profile is visible to PREMIUM members only, but with blurred photos
If you express sympathies to someone, you will make your profile and the full-quality photos visible to the person automatically. If you remove the sympathies, the visibility will become limited as before.
Within the free membership, the visibility of your profile cannot be limited.
Other members’ activities
You can see who is online or when he or she was last online.
Within the free membership, unfortunately, the online status and activities of other people cannot be seen.
Has anyone specific visited your profile?
You can see whether the other person has visited your profile and, if so, how many times.
Within the free membership, you cannot see this information.
History of visits to your profile
You have an unlimited overview of who has visited your profile and when he or she did so.
Within the free membership, you can only see a limited history.
Anonymous visits to other profiles
If you prefer your privacy, visit other profiles anonymously. Others can see that their profiles were visited by someone, but they cannot see who it was.
Within the free membership, it’s not possible to visit other profiles anonymously.
Frequency of visits to your profile
History of visits to your profile can be displayed by the date or the number of visits. The users who have visited your profile several times will be displayed in top places.
Within the free membership, your visitors can only be seen by the dates of visit.
History of “sympathies”
The history of users who have expressed their sympathies will be shown in full and for an unlimited period of time. You can browse the history at any time and react.
Within the free membership, you can only see a limited history.
Expressing “sympathies”
The expressed “sympathies” can be withdrawn at any time.
Within the free membership, the expressed “sympathies” cannot be withdrawn.
Chatting
As a Premium member, you can chat to anyone at any time. There’s no need for mutual sympathies to send messages.
Within the free membership, the users must first express their mutual sympathies in order to start chatting.
Sending photographs via chat
Send as many photos as you like to your partner, for instance, describing what you are doing right at that given moment.
Within the free membership, photographs cannot be sent.
Searching for users in chat history
Search for users by their names in your chat history.
Within the free membership, this function is not available.
Chat history
Your complete chat history can be visible for an unlimited period of time.
Within the free membership, you can only see a limited history.
Favourite chats
Sort out your chats by groups and mark your favourite ones which you will see always at the top.
Within the free membership, chats cannot be sorted out.
Chat message status
Are you interested in finding out the details regarding sending, receiving and delivering messages? As a PREMIUM member, you will see when your message was sent, received and read.
Within the free membership, you cannot see these details.
Notifications of new messages
If someone keeps sending you too many messages, you can switch off the notifications of new messages from this person. This doesn’t affect the other users.
Within the free membership, notifications from specific profiles cannot be switched off.
Deleted conversations
If you wish to continue the conversation with a certain user you chatted to in the past and one of you has deleted this chat, you will be notified of this fact.
Within the free membership, the information on conversations deleted in the past is not displayed.
Account deactivation
If you wish to be inactive at MeetYou for some time, but you don’t want to delete your entire profile (perhaps because you are trying to build a relationship), you can temporarily disable your profile. Users, with whom you have had some kind of contact through MeetYou, will see you as inactive, others won’t see you at all. History of all your visits, sympathies and chats will be maintained.
Within the free membership, your account cannot be temporarily disabled.
